About Erdotex

Erdotex Group has nearly 35 years of experience in collecting, sorting, and processing both used and unused textiles across various locations and hubs.

With flexibility, attention to detail, and efficiency, we are able to offer a wide range of end products with high sorting quality. These carefully sorted streams are distributed worldwide, resulting in longer lifecycles for textiles and contributing to a more sustainable planet.

Erdotex Group within the post-consumer textile supply chain

The post-consumer textile supply chain consists of three main phases. All materials must first be collected, sorted, and ultimately reused or recycled.

Collection
The collection of post-consumer textiles is carried out in multiple ways. The most common methods are municipal collection, collection through (fashion) retail, or private collection points. Below are the subsidiaries of the Erdotex Group that specialize in collection.

Sorting
After collection, the materials are centralized and transported to one of our sorting facilities. During this sorting process, up to 400 different end products are created for reuse or recycling. The sorting process is aimed at maximizing the lifecycle of each garment as efficiently as possible. Below are the subsidiaries of the Erdotex Group that specialize in sorting.

Reuse & Recycling
Finally, after sorting, the textiles are brought to market for reuse by consumers or transported to recyclers for processing within our extensive network. In the field of recycling, circular solutions are maximized to close the loop for as many fiber types as possible. After this step, the cycle starts again.

Subsidiaries and Affiliates

Erdotex Group consolidates multiple organizations, all with the same goal of creating circularity within the pre- and post-consumer textile value chain.

Retail Solutions & EPR

Managing the end-of-life phase of once sold products is increasingly essential for fashion brands and retailers due to Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations.

In addition to supporting a circular industry, providing consumers with a garment return service can also enhance brand identity.

At the Erdotex Group, we deliver tailored B2B solutions for fashion brands and retailers, a core focus of our group subsidiaries.
